01

The challenge

Porto Brazil needed to feel like a lifestyle brand, improve product discovery and express one recognisable identity across e-commerce, campaigns, social media, events and new markets.

02

The strategy

I built the brand around a bold, sun-soaked point of view and redesigned the Shopify journey from navigation and collections to product storytelling. Organic, paid and CRM activity shared a single seasonal narrative.

03

360º execution

The work included visual identity, product merchandising, campaign concepts, photography and film, copy, newsletters, Meta and Google Ads, social planning, SEO and a physical activation at Mad Cool.

04

The outcome

The first drop sold out, online sales grew and the brand found audiences in the US, Australia and DACH. GA4, Meta Pixel and UTM governance made international performance easier to read and optimise.
