01

The challenge

Every account brought a different constraint: empathy and accessibility in health, usability in technology, legal precision in regulated categories, and dozens of formats and markets at global scale.

02

The strategy

I combined emotional storytelling with rigorous UX and modular systems. Core ideas were designed to survive localisation, responsive behaviour, production pressure and the realities of each channel.

03

360º execution

Cross-functional teams delivered landing pages, email systems, display, social, streaming and interactive formats. Reusable Figma components and clear production rules improved handoff, consistency and QA.

04

The outcome

The system approach accelerated delivery while protecting craft. WCRD earned more than 10,000 shares, technology experiences improved usability and global campaigns became easier to adapt without diluting the idea.
