Overview

A cohesive communication system connecting event branding, responsive websites, employer-brand campaigns and spatial design across Spain and the UK.

+200UK healthcare hires
2,000+event registrations
1,843interviews at Laboral MAD
01

The challenge

Premios Compromiso, Laboral MAD and UK recruitment communications needed to balance institutional clarity with an engaging human experience across signage, print, websites, social and live spaces.

02

The strategy

I built adaptable visual systems around a strong hierarchy and shared brand cues, then mapped each system to the audience journey before, during and after the event or campaign.

03

360º execution

The scope covered identity, responsive websites, event environments, programmes, banners, social and digital assets, plus coordination with production partners, sponsors and internal stakeholders.

04

The outcome

The work strengthened brand perception and participation: UK campaigns supported more than 200 healthcare hires, while Laboral MAD generated over 2,000 registrations and 1,843 interviews.

01

Event as a system

Identity, wayfinding, stage, print and digital touchpoints created one recognisable experience rather than isolated pieces.

02

Employer brand

Responsive recruitment platforms made complex care roles clearer and easier to explore across devices.

03

Production direction

Hands-on coordination ensured that digital concepts remained precise when translated into physical environments.
