Overview

This project focused on creating a comprehensive event branding system for Premios Compromiso, Laboral Mad, and Grupo Clece, aimed at promoting innovation, social engagement, and corporate credibility through design.

The goal was to deliver a fully synchronized visual experience, connecting physical event spaces with digital communication channels.

Challenge

Corporate events often risk feeling generic or fragmented. The challenge here was to:

  • Balance professionalism with creativity.
  • Ensure consistency across multiple physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Design for scalability across signage, print, and digital media.
  • Coordinate with multiple vendors, sponsors, and production timelines.

Every visual element needed to reinforce aesthetic, clarity, and brand alignment.

Process & Approach

I designed the visual identity for events and branded spaces, focusing on coherence and precision in every detail. The work combined graphic design, coordination with vendors, and on-site supervision to ensure a flawless experience. From signage and banners to programs and digital assets, each element reinforced the brand image and enhanced event perception. Attention to detail and visual hierarchy were key to achieving a cohesive and professional result.
